Cause:

1. Corrupt external data 2. 3D Head Block set wrong.

Solution:

1. in the drawing, while in 2d, use this command: HCAD_ERASEXDATA and try solid pipes again. 2. In Head Setup go to Choose 3D Head Block and make sure the proper one is selected.
