Solution:

1. Check the dates on the files in the C:\HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\Programs\50.2 folder, for HCAD Revit 4.0.0.3, both files should be dated 6/21/2012. Copy a properly dated HcadAquaFlex_50_1.arx from a working computer to the broken computer.
