log onto the Hydracad website and down load the latest update for V52 (should be 52.01B or later) After running the update, you will need to delete all the blank fitting drawings that were created when you tried to insert the part. In windows explorer, browse to.... \HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\Programs\3DFTGS and delete the drawing with the corresponding part number. (ex. if the part number was 2603000040 for the fitting you are trying to insert, then you need to delete the file 2603000040.DWG) if multiple fittings were tried then each dwg needs to be deleted. Once the drawings are deleted from the 3dftgs folder, try and insert the fitting again, it should insert as expected
