Cause:

Corrupt Water Test - HydraCAD annotation family?

Solution:

Find the Water Test - HydraCAD annotation family in the project browser, right click on it and delete the family. In the HydraCALC ribbon, pick Set Up button, then try the Define Water Supply button again. JB
