Description:

Could not get the list property - Invalid property array box Runtime Error 381, change pipe type

Cause:

One or more of the four pipe types is not highlighted in blue.

Solution:

Pick inside each pipe type box that is not blue and make it blue. All four boxes MUST be blue highlighted.
