When setting up a new head, the dialog that displays the head symbols to be selected appears, is empty, and then drawing crashes,

Solutions:

Cause:

This is a crashing problem that began after recent Microsoft Windows OS updates. WPS Office is corrupting part of the windows registry related to the common file dialogs.

This problem may manifest itself in other situations where a dialog box is displayed when asking for a file name, such as 3D Flow Diagram or 3D head representation.

Solution:

For some customers, signing-out of WPS Office avoids the crash in AutoCAD
