Error placing Reference Points or Demand Area annotation... The 3D view ownerDBViewId is not locked.

Solutions:

Cause:

The Calculation process is attempting to place reference points on an unlocked 3d view.

Solution:

Re-run the calculation process starting at an orthographic view (floor plan, ceiling plan, section, etc) or lock the 3d view before starting the calc process.
