AutoCAD Based Launching HydraCAD (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Description:

HydraCAD Critical Error... Visual Lisp not available

Solutions:

Cause:

Missing or damaged DLL file.

Solution:

Go to the folder C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 202# folder. Look for the file VLCOM.DLL. Delete and replace the final # with the year of your version of AutoCAD.

Contact Autocad support at support@HydraCAD.com and reference this card when asking for VLCOM.DLL

Cause:

Unknown but related to damaged or missing .DLL file

Solution:

Reinstall AutoCAD as suggested in the error message.

Go to the Windows Control Panel, Programs, then find the version of AutoCAD with the problem. Select CHANGE then select REINSTALL.

You'll have to Reconfigure AutoCAD for HydraCAD when complete.

Also, try disabling your anti-virus or anti-malware service temporarily for this install, as it could be causing this issue.
