Description:

Error appears when opening Hangers

Failed to load the following families: z_Pipe Elevation Marker

Resolved in: 25.1.008

Cause:

Missing files in update / install. Hangers command can still function if this message is dismissed, but it will appear every time at startup.

Solution:

Update to version 25.1.008 or later

Click the Update Available in Revit, and follow its steps to resolve this error.
