Description:

When attempting to create a new FSC definition, you get this error message. Clicking OK closes the command

Cause:

File has become corrupt, unknown cause.

Solution:

Replacing one or both of these files get us further into the process.

Go to this folder on your computer:
"C:\HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\Programs\FTG\Flexible Sprinkler Connections\"

Find one or both of these files and delete them
FSC-Selections.txt

FSC-UserSelectedConfiguration.txt

Get the files from a colleague or contact Hydratec and replace them.
