AutoCAD Based Calculations (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Start Autocalcs Error Type: Runtime Error

Description:

When trying to start the Autocalc process, the user gets a Runtime Error 7, Out of memory

Solutions:

Cause:

Problem with MISCFUNC, usually caused by Windows Updates. Confirm the issue is in Miscfunc by opening stand-alone HydraCALC, then click Edit|Alter Pipe Schedule. Should get the same Run-time Error 7 message. Click OK

Update --- User ran the HydraCALC INSTALL over itself and it made the error go away. Thanks Chris W [GAB 11/17/17]

FYI - If re-installing HydraCALC, it's best to rename the C:\HES\HydraCALC folder to C:\HES\HydraCALC-OLD, then run the full install.  This forces the install to rebuild all the files and folder structure.

GAB's Notes: Tried; • full reboot, checked for current versions of Miscfunc, hydexvb3 & hydexvb64. Ran HYD UPDATE. None worked. • Waiting for result of running HYD INSTALL. regsvr32 "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msvbvm60.dll", user got a DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x800a0046 but worked when I ran it. This support link says it's an Admin issue;
