Description:

Error Counting Subscriptions.

Solutions:

Cause:

While performing a subscription related check, there was a problem counting the total number of available subscriptions in the plain text entries for your email address and password. 

This is likely due to a failure to access the registry.
Solution:

Set your Windows User Account Control settings to a less restrictive level.

Close HydraKEY and reopen it by right-clicking the icon and selecting "Open as Administrator".

The error mentioned in the dialog after "Error Counting Subscriptions:" may give you a hint as to the problem.
