Button: Release (Subscription)

Description:

Server Subscription Error On Release.

Solutions:

Cause:

You were unable to Release this Subscription. The subscription ID number is listed after "Subscription ID:". It cannot be activated on another machine until you successfully Release it.
Solution:

Make sure it has not already been released.  After the subscription ID on the HydraKEY grid, in the ACTIVE column, it should say 'ACTIVE ON THIS MACHINE', to be able to be released.

 

The reason for the failure will be listed in the error dialog after "Server Replied:"
