Button: Open Function: Project

Description:

Data in file (filename) is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered.

Solutions:

Cause:

Revit error messages indicating corrupt data within one or several of the Revit Links in the project. Revit is not able to expand the project into the Temp directory then this message can occur.
Solution:

Run Audit on the links and try to open the project again. If the hard disk is low in available storage space you can run into false or fake corruption file messages. Check if the system has at least 5 GB of hard disk space free. Delete files in the Temp directory. Note: this happened on a PC with programs installed on an S:\ drive - However, the C:\ drive was full (had less than 5 MB available).
