Standalone HydraLIST (Location)

Button: Head Selector Error Type: Sprinkler not properly configured

Description:

While using the 'Choose Part Number' button to open HydraHEAD Selector and retrieive its description and part number, you get the errors below;

Runtime Error 713, Application-defined or object-defined error

 

 

Solutions:

Cause:

Microsoft DAO utility is not properly registered on the computer 713 HydraHEAD. The program must be opened as administrator via the stand-alone method. 

 

Likely to happen soon after initial install of the software 
Solution:

From your desktop, right-click the icon for HydraHEAD Selector and pick 'run as administrator'.   If the old Head Selector opens you're all set.  If the new Head Selector opens, see the instructions below.

 

Go to this folder;  "C:\HES\HydraHEAD\VER50\Programs\" then right-click and 'run as admin' for "HydraHEAD.exe". 

 

Before attemping in HydraLIST again, make sure to close HydraHEAD selector.
