Help! My pannel titles / tiles are missing...
The tiles got somehow disabled (or perhaps were never enabled?)
Right click the line right below the buttons (where the cursor is shown in this image) and check "Show Panel Tiles"
The line is sometimes hard to right click, if you miss just keep attempting - this prompt will show up eventually.
