Cause:

The number of spaces / characters used in the part description inside of the import file is larger than the number of spaces the description field in the HydraLIST database can accept.

The text length is too long, cuts off the end and throws the error. 
Solution:

Edit text file to shorten description, also remove special characters so the HydraLIST description can display all symbols, etc properly.
