Revit Based HydraCALC (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)
Description:
When trying to run a calc for the system, this error appears:
The remote area number wasn't set
Set a remote area number and make sure the spinklers are checked as Flowing
If these requirements are meant the Calc program will proceed.
If like the error suggests, all things are correctly marked as Flowing and this error appears, there could be hose valves in your project that aren't identified properly. If it isn't it will cause this error.
To indentify the hose valve correctly, either add 'Hose' to the pipe accessory family's name. If it came from HydraCAD for Revit, this should already be the case.
If it isn't in the pipe accessory's name, under properties locate the 'Additional Calc Info' section and add the word HOSE
