Solutions:

Cause:

A reference point in the HYD2 layer has been duplicated, most likely being used in a detail drawing.

Solution:

If you can find out the name of the reference point, you can use AutoCAD's FIND command to search for the locations of the duplicated reference point. Otherwise, the most common mistake is to copy the ref point to a section detail but leave it in the HYD2 layer. Change the block's layer to something innocuous (ie TEXT or MISC) and you should be all set. GAB 10/20/14
