When using the Continuous option, after I am done I get an error and all the changes are erased.

Solution:

However, to use the tool at the moment, once you're done making all the changes using the Continuous option, select the last sprinker / connected head you did twice. Then you should be able to exit the Configure Head tool without an error and undoing all your progress.
