It appears that this machine is accessing a corrupt entitlement or the hasp files are out of date.

This machine has access to an older expired entitlement. It could be stored on the network as a network entitlement or locally on your machine as a standalone.
Use RUS from C:\HES\Common to remove the bad authorization.
-If the offending Entittlement is not in RUS then it could be a network Entitlement. Ask your network administrator to find and remove the bad one from the network.
