System.Exception: Could not load reference point family symbol
The project that recieves this error likely has some properties from a previous running of Setup already installed, but they are old and out of date. In this case we are getting an error when trying to load reference point family symbol, but this could be anything created by setup in theory. Just pay attention to what it's saying is causing this error after System.Exception:
To solve this error in particular: Go to the Project Browser
Scroll down until you see Families and expand that list. Select Annotation Symbols.
Scroll down until you see Hydraulic Reference Points, shown below:
Right click and delete these items, then rerun Setup in the project. It should work now without any issue.
