Revit Based HydraLIST (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Tag Setup Function: Ok

Description:

ERROR: No fittings were found on the selected pipe

Solutions:

Cause:

There is data / text inside of a property that is needed for tag setup to function. This property needs to be empty or have specific data supplied by our software so it knows it's safe to delete.

Solution:

Remove the property that has been entered, the process to go about this will be shown below:

If there is a specific pipe that causes this error that you've identified, check the highlighted propery above and make sure it's empty. If it isn't, delete it and try rerunning tag setup.

If there are multiple pipes in the project with bad data in this box, select all the pipes in the view by clicking and dragging a window over it all or using Hydratec for Revit's Walker function. From there, sort the selections by only pipe, as shown below.

Locate that same property highligted in the previous fix above, and delete anything that might be there.

WARNING: This fix will cause all stop signs and stocklisting tags in the project to be deleted, but will fix the given error.
