Error Type: Security Error

Description:

Failed to Open Mail program on local machine.  You don't have a default mail program set on your machine or are using only online mail.

Solutions:

Cause:

You are trying to send your activity log to support at Hydratec. You don't have a default email handler on the local machine or are using online email. 
Solution:

-Go to your email and create a new email to support@hydracad.com.


-Attach the following file to the email: "<DRIVE>:\HES\Temp\HydraKey_Activity_Log.dat"
-Include your name, company name, a brief description of the problem and your phone number in the email.

-Send it and some will respond shortly.
