Button: Add New Authorization Error Type: Security Error

Description:

The Lock Code '' is not properly formatted. Ensure this is the code received from Hydratec in response to the above 'Lock Extension Number'.

Solutions:

Cause:

You are using the Legacy method of obtaining a Temporary Software Authorization via the 2nd radio button in HydraKEY's "Add New Authorization" button.

Solution:

-In this method you must email Hydratec with the top number in the box (begins with an 'S'). It is important that you leave this dialog open until you recieve a reply. Then you must copy the exact "Lock Code:" sent to you by Hydratec.

-Instead you can request an "Activation Code" from Hydratec which gives you access to the software with a single step.
