HydraVIEW default printer 'yourprinternamehere' was not found, resetting to Windows default.

Then possibly a runtime error 62, Input past end of file

Solutions:

Cause:

Even though you've confirmed the default printer is available and a regular 8½x11 sheet, it's still giving this error.

Likely a combination of a bad "C:\HES\Common\Ver50\CalcSetup.dat" file plus a printer which is no longer availalbe therefore "C:\HES\Common\Ver50\System.ini" is providing incorrect information

Solution:

Delete this file;

C:\HES\Common\Ver50\CalcSetup.dat

If the message about the printer persists when printing final again, edit system.ini and change the last line for "PrinterName" to something like; Adobe PDF
