Error Type: Server Error

Description:

Server Error.
Failure to update Long Term Authorization.

Solutions:


1.
Cause:

When Renewing, no ACTIVE long term authorization for your machine exists in the database.

 

 

Solution:

If you have TRANSFERRED the long term authorization off this machine.  It deactivated your long term authorization but created a new available "Activation Code" that can be placed on any machine.  In HydraKEY hit the link

Or open the file  C:\HES\temp\TRANSFER_HTML.html on the transferring machine to find the new "Activation Code"

Then in hydraKey hit "Add New Authorization"

And enter the Activation Code there to authorize the machine to use Hydratec software.


2.
Cause:

When Activating, no ACTIVE long term authorization is available in the Queue for the provided "Activation Code"

Solution:

-You've already used that Activation code on this machine and it has expired.  Renew it on this machine to restore it by hitting the "Renew Authorization" button in HydraKEY.

 

-This "Activation Code" has already been used on another machine.  If you would like that Long term authorization on this machine instead.  Go to the currently authorized machine and hit the "Transfer Authorization" button in HydraKey to disable that machine and retrieve a new Activation Code.   You may use this code on the this machine by hitting the "Add New Authorization" button in HydraKEY
