AutoCAD Based Collaborate (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Navisworks Toolkit Error Type: Fatal Error

Description:

This error may start out as "Could not load default information for the Pipe Model settings"

But will then turn into an AutoCAD fatal error.

When selecting the Navis Toolkit then the SETUP button, you get the error;

AutoCAD Error Aborting

Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation 

Solutions:

Cause:

A file has become corrupt
Solution:

The file `x:\HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\Data\Setup\hcad_PipeModelInfoDefaults.dat` has bad values in it. 

 

You can either get one from someone else, or right-click yours and EDIT it.  Any references to -1 are likely the culprit.

 

You can try to replace the top line with this info to reset its defaults.

hcad_PipeModelInfo;Fire Protection - ;;;False;1;1;1;1;1;1;6;6;6;2;7;9;1;False;
