Missing first outlet

Solutions:

Cause:

Scanner misses the first outlet on a piece of pipe. The label bar code and the scanner programming are mismatched. Bar codes are produced in HydraSCAN-B or HydraSCAN-V and scanners are programmed to read either HydrSCAN-B bar codes or HydraSCAN-V bar codes. A HydraSCAN-V scanner is trying to read a HydraSCAN-B bar code or vice versa.
Solution:

Change the label custom programs to match the scanner or send the scanner back to Hydratec for reprogramming.
