Cause:

Possibly caused by a misshaped cross (weird angle or siszes or number of interseting pipes)

 
Solution:

There are two possible resolutions:

  1. You can just pick OK and continue successfully. If you use this solution then you should scutinize the data in your calculation.
                        -or-
  2. You can use Manage…  Select by ID…  to supply the number from the message box (6349035 for this example)  to find and highlight the offending cross.  Sometimes just seeing it will make it obvious what the problem is and it not you can redraw it to resolve the problem.
