Pick Setup and nothing happens.

Cause:

1. HydraVIEW does not have administrative rights.

Solution:

1. Give HydraVIEW administrative rights. Go to (drive):\HES\Common\Ver50, right click on HydraVIEW.exe, choose Run as Administrator.
