Button: Supply Point Function: Pick Error Type: Revit could not complete the external command.

Description:

Command Failure for External Command.... Revit could not complete the external command.

Cause:

A pipe was picked instead of a fitting.

Solution:

A supply point for a water supply must be placed on a fitting and can not be placed on a pipe.

Pick a fitting (ell, tee, cap, etc) instead of a pipe.
