LEGACY SOLUTION, do not use if using current versions of software

If you wish to attempt to get windows to recognize your Sentinel Drivers again, keep the hardware lock attached to the machine throughout the following process.
1.) Open "Device Manager" by typing device manager at the search bar on the left side of the task bar.
2.) select "Device Manager"
3.) the device should be in "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and be called "SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro"
If it appears under the name "USB UltraPro",  "UltraPro HD" or anything other than "Safenet USB SuperPro/UltraPro", then <right-click>, "Uninstall" it.

4.) If there is a category between "Network Adapters" and "Ports"  called "Other Devices", open it up and look for any "Unknown Device"
6.) Right Click any unknown devices and "Uninstall" them.

Then we'll Reinstall the Drivers:
1. Run SSD Clean Up utility, that will remove all the Sentinel License related information.
If you can't find it in:
C:\HES\Common   (called "SSDCleanupx64.exe")
