Solution:

See if unchecking Total Weight from the Sheet Selection tab in the Process window makes a difference.

 

We don't have a solution yet and it is being looked at; the problem is we can't recreate the issue in-house, or at least with any reliability, so it makes it near impossible to test for and fix. [GAB 3/06/17]
