Cause:

Likely due to no default printer setup in Windows

Solution:

Using the Windows Control Panel, set the default printer to 'Microsoft Print to PDF'

NOTE: If using a Virtual Desktop, make sure BOTH the host computer and the VDP computers each have a default printer set
