Description:

Mismatched dll or ocx files Runtime Error 429

Solutions:

Cause:

Run-time error 429, with the message 'You do not have the appropriate license to use this functionality'
Solution:

Find the mismatch and fix the the dll or ocx. See Darth_vader\Hydratec Support Fils\dlls\HydraLIST(non-self-reg) & (self-reg) Compare the files in these folders to the customers files. Find the ones that have different dates or sizes. verify the version of windows and version of HydraLIST, then replace the problem files. Note: Simplex/Grinnell customers may have installed Oasis Ordering System. This replaces the tab32x20.ocx self-registering file.
