Description:

The ActiveX compontent has not been installed correctly, it has not been installed or one of it's dependencies is missing. A recent install of new software or hardware has stepped on one of the existing .dll files. Runtime Error 336

Solutions:

Cause:

ActiveX component not correctly registered. The ActiveX component has not been properly registered in the system

Solution:

Check to see if Internet Explorer is loaded and is working. One of the many files to look at may be dao350.dll. Check the internet to get the file and instructions on loading it.
