AutoCAD Based Calculations (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Solutions:

Cause:

Program was working fine, but all of a sudden, any calculation WITH A PUMP will generate this error. Cause: Possibly due to Windows Updates and or a combination of Office 365 + Windows 7 (and now Win 10 as well)
Solution:

The only solution so far has been to re-install HydraCALC only then run the update, (not necessary for HydraCAD re-install.)

1. Close HydraCALC and rename the folder C:\HES\HydraCALC to C:\HES\HydraCALC_OLD.  This forces the install to create a new file and folder structure rather than relying on older files and not overwriting them.

2. Downloaded the HydraCALC INSTALL from our website; Shared Folders\Customer Fulfillment\HydraCALC\Installs\ HydraCALC V50.## Install.ZIP

3. Download the HydraCALC UPDATE from the website; Shared Folders\Customer Fulfillment\HydraCALC\Updates\ HydraCALC V50.## Rev#.EXE

4. Extract the contents of the .ZIP file to a new folder.

5. Go to the newly created folder then run SETUP.EXE and follow through the prompts.

6. Fully shut down then turn on the computer (NOT A RESTART)

7. Turn on the computer then run the UPDATE file

8. Open HydraCALC

Our first test is to open this test job; "C:\HES\HydraCALC\Ver50\Data\Jobs\Example Jobs\Hydratec Example Pump.wxf" and try it. [GAB 02/26/19]
