Solutions:

Cause:

1. Pumps in series where they are input into water supplies in the wrong order. Safety margin at pump can not be calculated.
Solution:

1. Rearrange the water supplies order: Supply 1 is City Water Supply 2 is the 1st pump closest to the city water supply Supply 3 is the 2nd pump closest to the remote area.
