AutoCAD Based Calculations (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)
Description:
Unhandled exception: Input string not in correct format
Cause:
1. Problem with Pipe Size Schedule, most likely a blank space or a missing 9998 marker
2. Pipe on pipe or two blocks in same location
3. Unsized pipe to a drain or dead end (Hcad v51)
4. Windows 10 corupted files
5. Bad block or layer in the drawing, usually created by another trade
Solution:
1. Check sizing schedule, check sizing and head count make sure there are no blank spaces. Select a few items and set them different, then back to original to shake it up a little
2. Run OVERKILL command on drawing. Be sure to uncheck the option "end to end" option at the bottom
3. A pipe feeding a drain was unsized and the pipe scheduler couldn't determine its diameter because no sprinklers were being fed. Specifically on the floating main off a gridded system. Size drain pipe and retry. (GAB 12/02/14)
4. Unknown at this time.
5. Insert the drawing into a new template using the ClassicInsert command.
1. Start a brand new drawing using a Hydratec template.
2. Type ClassicInsert into the command line.
3. Use the browse button to bring in the bad drawing into this new drawing.
4. Set the dialog box as seen below and click OK.
