AutoCAD Based Launching HydraCAD (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Description:

  1. Hardware lock drivers not properly installed.
  2. May 15, 2018 : v56 + Win10, unknown n/a Dialog box v56 only

Cause:

v56 + Win10, Unknown Cause - May 15, 2018

Solution:

Looking into the issue at the moment.

Actions below did not help:

** Hydratec Staff Notes **

  • a. Lock works fine to open HYD
  • b. Ran new fix file
  • c. Downloaded, uninstalled and re-installed Sentinel drivers based on solution in Hcard
  • d. Tried a different USB lock
  • e. Checked for rogue 'hidecks' files in HES
  • f. Checked for Read-only folders in HES folder
  • g. With no lock plugged in and opening CAD, still gives 200 error, doesn't give a 'no lock found' error.
  • h. Provided LJ day pass via HYD, user can now get into HCAD v56.

Cause:

Hardware lock drivers not properly installed.

Solution:

Uninstall the Sentinel Protection Installer, download the latest installer by following the Superpro driver link on the Hydratec website and reinstall the driver.
