missing data files in \HES\HYDRACAD\Ver50\DATA\SETUP

Solution:

Copy the \HES\HYDRACAD\Ver50\DATA\SETUP folder from another computer to the one with the issue. That should replace any missing files. Let Art know if this happens again Art - 11/13/2017
