Solution:

1. *Revit must be closed, in Windows explorer, browse to the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\*year in question* folder and open the file HCAD_Revit_Tools_*year in question*.Addin in Notepad. Change the path in the line that starts & ends with to the folder where HCAD_Revit_Tools_*year*.dll is really located. Save & close. JB 12/21/16
