Cause:

The rotation of the sprinkler head symbol in the DETAILS layer is the cause of the problem. After using SFS - The sprinkler connector for the side outlet flex is rotated to the same angle as the sprinkler head symbol in the DETAILS layer.
Solution:

Use CHB - Change/Scale/Rotate Blocks to rotate the sprinkler connector for the flex to the correct angle. Then use CHB to rotate the sprinkler head symbol (in the DETAILS layer) to the angle required for the line outlet. Then the flex connections will model properly.
