Pick windows start button type msconfig open msconfig.exe pick the services tab check Hide all Microsoft Services box find and check FlexNet Licensing Services & if it exists check FlexNet Licensing Services 64 uncheck Hide all Microsoft Services box pick apply Pick Ok exit msconfig restart computer open HydraCad
