Bug in software. The pipe created in the MAINS tab of HydraLIST is Metric but HydraCAD believes the pipe is Imperial, therefore it scales it up by 25.4

Solution:

Until the bug is fixed, scale down the pipe and it's associated ski poles down. The value is 1 divided by 25.4 or 0.03937007874015748031496062992126
