Use the link below to download the AutoCAD 2013/2014 hotfix. You will have to purge the drawing afterward and it may take up to 20 minutes, but in our sample drawing, it went from 65MB to 11MB. Make sure to check the box for "Automatically purge orphaned data" http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-C2-AE-dgn-hotfix.html
