Solutions:

1.
Cause:

Two fittings end to end with no pipe in between, such as a tee with a reducing coupling on top, then sprinkler head.
Solution:

Move fittings apart and add a pipe between them, or eliminate the reducing coupling, edit the tee to be a reducing tee, move sprinkler into tee. Does not happen in ver 5.0.
2.
Cause:

A device was added but was not uppercase.
Solution:

Make the device letter uppercase.
