2. Seagate external hard drives come with a Memeo Backup program. It is an automatic file backup system. It somehow controls the memory or the drawing file to cause the error.
Solution:

2. Disable the Memeo Backup program while working in AutoCAD/HydraCAD. Turn it back on at the end of the day if you want it to operate.
