Solution:

1a. Check that Navisworks UNITS equals the units of the drawing you are working on. Navisworks ships as default Metric - Meters it needs to be set to Feet Inches Fractions for Imperial/English. 1b. When running clash detection, Sprinklers must come first - i.e the clash report must be Sprinklers vs. Electric, it cannot be Electric vs. Sprinklers. Clash report file name must be HCAD_CLASH_DATA.txt, after running and saving the report, it must be located in the C:\HES\Temp folder.
